Party Time

Allie had her party today with family and friends. It was pretty low key but it was still fun having everyone over to celebrate. Thank you to all those that came. Allie had a blast!

Happy 5th Birthday Allie Bug!!

This year I wanted to do something fun for Allie's birthday. So I looked on Pintrest and found a pin that said to tape a garbage bag on the bedroom door and then put balloons between the bag and door. well I wanted to see her reaction so I used crate paper instead of a garbage bag and I think it turned out great. Allie loved it and I loved her reaction when she saw all the balloons fall down on her.

Before Todd left we let her open one present, which happened to be a Nintendo DS. Todd had been wanting to get her one for awhile now and we found a pink one for a good deal.

Missing Daddy

The kids and I have been missing Todd a lot lately. We don't get to Skype with him for very long but when we do Skype we make the most of it. Before Todd left I had him get one of those record able book for he kids so that when they want to hear his voice (or make it sound like he's reading to them at night) they can open the book and listen to him read to them. They love the book so much and they have Todd "read" to them every night! We love you honey and miss you so much!

First Haircut

Allie had her first hair cut today. She just got it trimmed so that it would stop getting tangles and hopefully help it grow.

Hard To Say Goodbye

We had to say goodbye to Todd last weekend. He left for his year long deployment. Its already been a week and I'm struggling. I miss him so much and wish he was home. Allie and Zachary keep asking when is daddy going to be home, it breaks my heart to tell them that he wont be home for a long time. I'm glad I am home where I have my family to help me but I do miss my military family.
We love you honey and miss you!! Stay safe!!!

Poor Bud

Took Z to the dr yesterday, found out he has: 2 ear infections, a heart murmur that we never knew about, a yeast rash, and a little case of asthma  so I have to give him breathing treatments for 2 weeks to see if it helps get rid of his cough that he has 

First Day Of School

Today was Allie's first day of preschool here in Utah. Its her LAST year of preschool!! Next year she starts kindergarten. She is growing up to fast!
